1. Pollo en Escabeche Plate – $13

Tender chicken stewed in a tangy garlic-vinegar marinade with sweet peppers and onions. Served with white rice and tostones.

2. Arroz Mamposteao con Longaniza – $14

Puerto Rican-style stir-fried rice and beans with smoky longaniza sausage and sweet plantains.

3. Coconut Curry Chickpeas Plate (Vegan) – $13

Hearty chickpeas simmered in a Caribbean coconut-curry sauce with jasmine rice and sautéed seasonal veggies.

1. Arroz con Gandules Tray – $45

Slow-simmered yellow rice with pigeon peas, available with or without pernil.

2. Pastelillo Tray (12 pieces) – $50
